Tabouleh

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Golden Son burghul (soaked)
• 2 cups chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
• Mint, lemon, olive oil, salt

Directions

1. Soak burghul in water 10 mins, squeeze dry.

2.Mix everything. Serve fresh.
